Q4 2026 enrollment now open

Recover production already sitting inside your practice.

Reactivate eligible patients, capture missed appointment opportunities, and build the January schedule before the holidays end—starting with a controlled pilot, not a bundle of disconnected services.

Share practice contact and operational information only. Do not share patient information.

Recover → Capture → Convert → Stabilize

Turn existing opportunity into a controlled recovery journey.

  1. Step 01

    Qualify

Confirm one location, one practice-approved cohort, communication eligibility, capacity, and a verified PMS connection.

  2. Step 02

    Reactivate

Run eligible SMS and email outreach with suppression rules, tracked engagement, appointment booking, and staff handoff.

  3. Step 03

    Reconcile

Confirm completed appointments from the PMS, report monthly, and give the practice a review window before billing.

  4. Step 04

    Expand

Address the next proven bottleneck with appointment capture, reviews, visibility, education, or a Revenue Website.

Performance attribution

Count completed appointments—not activity for activity’s sake.

The private pilot terms define one fee for the first attributable completed appointment per eligible patient.

  • No future appointment when the approved cohort is frozen
  • Tracked engagement followed by booking within 30 days
  • PMS-confirmed completion within 90 days
  • Cancellations and no-shows do not count; qualifying reschedules count once

Practice-approved cohort

The practice approves the segment, exclusions, communication eligibility, and capacity before outreach.

PMS-confirmed result

Performance billing is available only when the connector can support reliable completion attribution.

Monthly reconciliation

The practice receives a monthly report and five-business-day review period before undisputed results are invoiced.

One controlled pilot

Initial fulfillment is one cohort, one location, and eligible SMS plus email—not autonomous outbound voice.

Connector eligibility

Your PMS connection must make attribution defensible.

SmartSync is the preferred connector. NexHealth or another approved provider may be evaluated when SmartSync cannot be deployed.

Required capabilities

Stable patient identity, future-appointment lookup, booking source, completed status, location isolation, verified security and BAA terms, and an auditable synchronization path.

If no connector qualifies

The practice is not eligible for performance pricing. We do not estimate completed appointments from weak or incomplete data.

Patient information remains inside approved healthcare-enabled systems. Do not send patient data through this website, email inquiry, screenshots, or ordinary project files.

Expand only after the next bottleneck is visible

The current service catalog stays intact.

AI Appointment Capture

A privately quoted later phase for inbound calls, website chat, SMS follow-up, qualification, booking, and human handoff.

Trust & Local Visibility

Use existing Review Builder and local visibility systems when reputation or discovery is limiting conversion.

Patient Education

Add practice-focus content when patients need clearer, approved education before they take the next step.

Revenue Website

Upgrade the website when the patient journey, inquiry path, or conversion experience is the next constraint.

Later-phase AI Appointment Capture

Every inquiry gets a clear next step—after the safety gates are verified.

Inbound Voice AI, website chat, SMS follow-up, qualification, booking, and human transfer can be privately scoped after phone configuration, consent, calendar and PMS mapping, disclosure, DND rules, escalation, and test-mode QA are verified.

Find out whether your practice qualifies for the Q4 recovery pilot.

We will review the location, cohort, connector, operational capacity, and compliance gates before proposing any activation. Do not share patient information when booking.
