AI Clone Service Agreement

1.Clone creation and handoff

AI Clone Creation costs $499 once. It includes one adult dentist’s avatar and cloned speaking voice in their own provider account, guided recording and consent, one approved sample video, and training for independent use. It does not require a monthly production subscription.

2.Monthly production and billing

AI Clone Video Content costs $699 per month. New managed-service customers pay $1,198 at purchase: $499 creation plus the first month. Monthly renewal begins one month after purchase, with no trial. Staff must verify an existing avatar before issuing checkout without the creation charge.

Onboarding takes place during the first paid month. The included creation sample is separate from the four monthly production videos. Provider subscriptions and generation fees are paid separately by the dentist.

• Four additional 30–60-second videos per billing month, scheduled approximately weekly.
• One adult spokesperson, one practice, English; scripts, branded editing, subtitles, captions, and Facebook/Instagram scheduling.
• One consolidated monthly revision round and basic video reporting. Existing package deliverables remain included.

3.Consent, access, and approvals

The dentist must provide documented permission for likeness and voice use, complete the provider’s verification and recording process, and authorize account access. Permission to create an avatar does not authorize publishing unapproved content.

We require practice approval of scripts and finished videos, including clinical wording, credentials, and claims. We use authorized collaborator access where supported. No patient records or identifiable patient content are required.

Production requires timely recordings, account access, and approvals. We agree on a schedule after reviewing those inputs. Delayed deliverables remain tracked and are not marked complete or silently discarded; we coordinate delivery and any outstanding work at cancellation.

4.Account control and permitted use

The provider account is controlled by the dentist. Following handoff, the dentist can create their own content or engage another producer subject to the provider’s terms, supported access, and applicable permissions.

We do not promise exportable avatar model files, unlimited generation, or compatibility with every platform. Continued avatar availability depends on the provider and the dentist’s subscription. Paid, delivered video files remain with the practice.

5.Additional scope and expectations

Additional spokespeople, languages, platforms, location-specific versions, and work beyond the included production scope require a separate quote. Lead conversion, appointment automation, advertising, community management, original filming, and advanced attribution are not included.

Content is for approved practice communications and general education. No search ranking, reach, engagement, inquiry, appointment, or revenue outcome is guaranteed. Supported platforms control access, acceptance, and continued availability.

6.Cancellation and refunds

Request cancellation at info@ngeniuspro.com or 949-782-4941. No notice period or cancellation fee is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and stops future managed production charges. Monthly fees are not prorated.

Creation is refundable before production starts. Once work begins, the amount earned for completed work is non-refundable; any unearned amount is assessed against the work performed. Canceling monthly production does not remove the dentist’s account, avatar, or delivered files. Provider fees and cancellation are managed separately in the dentist’s account.
