PR Service Agreement

1.At a glance

• This agreement covers dental press release and brand authority purchases.
• Writing begins after purchase and completion of the PR intake.
• You verify the facts, claims, permissions, and final release, and we require written approval before distribution.
• Premium distribution is optional and separately quoted; requesting a quote does not authorize a charge.
• No outlet, placement count, indexing, ranking, traffic, patient inquiry, revenue, or AI citation is guaranteed.

2.Scope and purchase

This agreement applies to Authority Press Release, Brand Authority Campaign, and Market Authority Campaign purchases. Payment confirms the selected package and starts the fulfillment process. You must complete the post-payment PR intake before writing can begin.

3.Facts, assets, and approvals

• You are responsible for the accuracy and supportability of facts, quotations, claims, names, dates, and assets you provide.
• You confirm that you have permission to use submitted trademarks, photos, video, and other media.
• We require written approval of the final release before distribution. Approval confirms that the content is accurate and authorized for publication.

4.Writing and revisions

We write releases in a news-style format and may revise or decline material that does not meet editorial, legal, or distribution requirements. The Authority Press Release includes one pre-distribution revision. Campaign revisions and approval timing follow the written order.

5.Distribution, upgrades, and timing

Standard distribution is included in every PR package. Premium distribution is optional, quoted after intake, and invoiced separately. Selecting a premium quote request does not authorize an additional charge. Distribution begins after final written approval and remains subject to editorial and network processing.

• No particular outlet, placement count, news-index inclusion, ranking, backlink, traffic, lead, revenue, or AI citation is guaranteed.
• Participating publishers control acceptance, presentation, links, edits, indexing, and continued availability.
• Published releases may not be editable or retractable across every participating publisher.

6.Sponsored placements

Premium paid media placements are not currently offered for order. If offered later, paid or sponsored placements will be identified accurately and will not be represented as independent editorial endorsements.

7.Reporting

We provide a placement report with published links made available through the selected distribution. Reports reflect available results at the time generated and do not guarantee continued publisher availability.

8.Billing and cancellation

Authority Press Release is charged once at purchase. Brand Authority and Market Authority are charged at purchase and renew monthly until cancelled. Monthly campaigns may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current paid billing period.

One-time release work may be cancelled for a full refund before writing begins. Once writing has begun, the portion earned for planning and production is non-refundable. Approved releases already submitted for distribution cannot be cancelled or recalled from every publisher.
