Cancellation Policy

1.At a Glance

• Cancel by email or phone; no reason, advance notice, retention call, or cancellation fee is required.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless a one-time purchase rule below applies.
• Monthly fees are not prorated, and work already performed is not reversed.
• Your dental practice owns its website, domain, content, and practice accounts as described below.
• Refund eligibility depends on whether production, writing, or activation work has begun.

2.How to Cancel

You can cancel any plan by emailing info@ngeniuspro.com or calling 714-276-1798. We confirm every cancellation in writing, so if you do not receive a confirmation within one business day, assume it was not processed and contact us again.

We do not require a reason, a notice period, or a retention phone call. There is no cancellation fee on any plan.

3.Website Plans

Website plans consist of a one-time build fee plus a monthly hosting and care fee. The build fee covers design and development work and is charged once at purchase.

The monthly fee covers hosting, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and the content edits included in your plan. Cancelling stops future monthly charges at the end of your current paid period.

Your website stays live through the end of the period you have paid for. After that, hosting ends and the site goes offline unless you have migrated it elsewhere.

4.What Happens to Your Website

You own your website. We do not hold your site, domain, or content hostage to keep you subscribed.

• We provide a complete export of your site files and content at no charge.
• We transfer your domain to any registrar you choose.
• Migration requests are handled within five business days of cancellation.
• We will coordinate directly with your new host or developer for up to two hours at no additional cost.

5.Marketing Subscriptions

Review Builder, Local Visibility, Local Authority, and Citation Management are month-to-month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Work already performed for the current period is not reversed. Published content stays on your website, Google Business Profile improvements remain, and corrected directory listings stay corrected.

We remove our administrative access to your accounts on request at any time.

6.Refunds

Monthly fees are not prorated or refunded for partial periods, because hosting, monitoring, and scheduled marketing work for that period have already been provisioned and in most cases performed.

Build fees are refundable in full if you cancel before we begin design work. Once design work has started, we refund the portion of the build fee corresponding to work not yet performed, assessed honestly against the stage the project has reached.

If we fail to deliver a website within the timeline stated for your plan, and the delay is our fault rather than a delay in receiving your content or feedback, you may request a full refund of the build fee.

7.One-Time Purchases

An Authority Press Release may be cancelled for a full refund before writing begins. Once writing has begun, the portion earned for planning and production is non-refundable. A release already approved and submitted for distribution cannot be recalled from every publisher.

8.PR Campaign Subscriptions

Brand Authority and Market Authority are month-to-month subscriptions. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid billing period.

Fees are not prorated for a partial billing period. Releases already written, approved, submitted, or distributed are not reversed when the subscription ends.

9.Failed Payments

If a payment fails we retry it and email you. Service continues during this window. If payment remains unresolved for ten days we may pause service, and after thirty days we may treat the account as cancelled.

A paused account is not deleted. Your site files and data are retained for ninety days after cancellation, so you can reactivate or request an export within that window.

10.Cancellation by Us

We may cancel service with fourteen days written notice if an account remains unpaid after the retry period, or if we are asked to perform work that violates platform policy or applicable law.

If we cancel for any reason other than non-payment or a policy violation, we refund the unused portion of any fees you have paid and provide a full export of your site.
